The Solution: Our team achieved both of Martin’s goals by implementing a strategy that took advantage of Martin’s YouTube Channel and his Spanish-speaking ability, through Spanish Facebook ads that showcased the friendliness of Martin and his team. By reaching a Spanish-speaking Facebook audience, the client can successfully spread brand awareness, offer greater flexibility to customers, & more.  

The Results: With the success of these ad campaigns, the client generated 110 total leads and successfully closed 2 properties in just the first 3 months!

This has changed the way I look at my business. We have had 2 closings from leads we received through Facebook ads.
