Boston Marathon on Social Media. What were you watching?
There it was, all in front of me. Everything I needed to know. But I didn’t even have my TV on. I found all the news updates I wanted to know about the Boston Marathon bombings on social media. And what did I see? All over my newsfeeds I saw images and status update about this horrible tragedy and the search for the second suspect on the run. Bostonians and people all over the country and world were pulling together to support the brave men and women of law enforcement as they looked to apprehend one of the two suspects. The world showed their support for the residents of Boston and the greater Boston area. All of this on social media.
